Other Management Services:

  • obtaining or renewal of House Rental Permit (required by law)
  • available for emergency call out during rental & non rental periods
  • reporting to owner of current or possible problems with quote for work to repair property
  • advice to owner on cosmetic improvements with quote for work to improve property
  • supervision of extra work approved by the owner
  • bill payment (electricity, internet etc)
  • availability for online communication with owner (email / skype / messaging)
